The bakery has multiple locations throughout San Antonio. Each is open daily with various opening and closing hours.

You’ll definitely feel like the available goodies are “for the birds” when you stop in at the Bird Bakery. Everything is made fresh and from scratch every day. No exceptions. The dessert menu features flavorful pies such as honey cheesecake, chocolate pecan, lemon icebox, and peach and blueberry cobbler.

The cookie menu is palate-pleasing, with choices many choices including sugar, molasses, double chocolate chip, and oatmeal cranberry walnut. Assorted bar, brownie, and cupcakes favorites, including southern red velvet, fresh coconut, soft pink vanilla, chocolate strawberry, mini cupcakes, and custom layer cakes, round out the tasteful menu. Stop by on Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
